and availability periods. We guarantee confidentially,
so all information put into the system belongs
to you and your agents.
Will the system
feature my rental prices?
This is up to you. There is no need for you to
put your prices into the system, although the
program has complete flexibility, enabling your
agents to refer to pricing information without
revealing confidential rates to others.
How much does
it cost to rent the system?
Our software license fees start at under US$20*
per month for a single property. The price for
properties with more than one rental unit will
depend on the number of availability charts required.

Can I feature
pictures of my property on the system?
Yes you can. As an optional extra, our on-line
presentation of properties is clear, attractive
and will inspire rentals. We can include floor
plans, location maps, and property descriptions
can be translated into different languages. You
provide the material and we will include it. Click

Do I have to
pay higher commissions if I use your system?
No you don't. Commission rates are between you
and your agents and we don't get involved beyond
your annual software license fee.
How long will
it take to install the booking system for my property?
A matter of days. Once our sales representative
has established your system set-up requirements,
and payment has been received, our programmers
can have access codes ready for you within a week.
Do you need
to be a computer expert to operate the system?
Not at all. The entire program has been designed
with simplicity in mind. We offer help options
through the system and a comprehensive operation
manual is available on-line.
In general terms,
how does AVY work?
It is an Internet based system which allows rental
agents to review availability and instantly make
bookings, which then activates real time updates
in the availability charts, for all participating
agents to see around the world.
What if I want
to spend some time at my property during the year?
The beauty of AVY is that you are able to instantly
book your property, on line, when you want to
use it. The real time availability allows agents
around the world to instantly see your booking,
as soon as you have made it.
If
I have booked the property for myself, can agents
still make requests?
Yes
they can. Many owners will move out of their property
to make way for a good rental booking. AVY will
continue to forward agent requests on dates which
are blocked by an Owner's booking or an unconfirmed
booking; once a booking becomes confirmed however,
AVY stops further requests.
How do I know when
an agent uses the system to book?
Every time an agent sends a booking request to
you, we will automatically alert you with a quick
e-mail, advising that you should immediately check
the booking system. We can also deliver an SMS
message, straight to your mobile phone, to alert
you of booking activity. |
