Monthly Fee
   -  Properties with 1 letting unit - US$16 / month (if paid in 1 annual amount)
      or US$19 / month (if paid in 4 quarterly amounts)
   -  Properties with 2 -3 letting units - US$19 / month (if paid in 1 annual amount)
      or US$22 / month (if paid in 4 quarterly amounts)
   -  Properties with 4 - 7 letting units - US$25 / month (if paid in 1 annual amount)
      or US$29 / month (if paid in 4 quarterly amounts)
   -  Properties with 8 - 15 letting units - US$3.50 / unit / month (if paid in 1 annual
      amount) or US$4 / unit / month (if paid in 4 quarterly amounts)

   -  Secured private system access with up to 3 logon codes.
   -  Appropriate number of availability calendars, each with 4 years
      rolling into the future.
   -  Connection to an unlimited number of agents of your choice.
   -  License agreement with lifetime warranty.

   -  Free on-line up-grades.
 
Extras available
   -  Graphics package (dedicated web-page featuring, pictures, interactive floor plans,
      location maps, text details (500 words)) US$200 per property one time fee
      (we require you to supply the photography (min 350 pixels wide), good quality
      sketches of floor plans and maps and the text in English)
   -  Translation package. Many languages available at 20 US cents per word per
      language. Approximately US$100 per property per language.
 
Notes:
A 'letting unit' is either the entire property or an element of the property which can be rented individually. A single villa property has 1 letting unit, whereas a 3 villa property (Villa A, Villa B & Villa C) has at least 3 letting units. If a 3 villa property also lets the villas in combinations together, it could have up to 7 different letting units (A, B, C, A+B, A+C, B+C & A+B+C). We provide availability charts for each different letting unit.
Properties with 16 or more letting units, should contact us for a specific quote.
